Providing opportunities, support and mentoring to artists & creators
Participate In Art has teamed up with this years Worcestershire LitFest and Fringe to help create a unique event. Chris Oxlade-Arnott of PIA and LitFest committee member Suz Winspear will be hosting a LitFest Art and Poetry Extravaganza, a wonderful mix of illustrative art and poetry.
The 2019 LitFest Hub is open from Tuesday to Saturday will not just host the new book shop and the illustration exhibition, but day time poetry performances too (again new for the Lit Fest). The Hub will also be a place to purchase evening performance tickets, LitFest raffle tickets, event T-shirts and even find out what other events the Litfest produce or support throughout the year.

A number of local and visiting and guest poets will be performing live in the exhibition space throughout the cause of the four day.

Colin Clark – Biography
I’ve done a lot of creative work in my life from archaeological and historic illustration to jewellery making and then working as an artist painting portraits, nudes and, large semi abstract landscapes. But it was when I decided to undertake an MA in Illustration that my artistic world came alight with new possibilities and creative adventures. I realised that illustration is the most fun I can have with a pencil in my hand.
As an illustrator I find that some subjects are just too much fun not to draw. The antics of garden birds inspired me to draw and paint a collection of caricatures showing the humorous side to wildlife in the Cotswolds. I’m always on the lookout for an edge of humour that brightens my day and helps me create work that’s entertaining and amusing in pen, ink and watercolour. I also sell prints of my work.
